Hello all...I am Jay.

My name is Jay Wesson. I have been lifting on and off since 99' In the past I have gotten some what serious about gaining mass about once a year. This time I have made the commitment for it to be a lifestyle change! I started working out hard again in August. I started with a high volume workout but I have now moved on to a 5x5 workout. I am bulking at the moment and eat pretty clean and about 3500-4000 calories a day. My short term goal is to get to 180lbs. I am an ecto-mesomorph so its a struggle for me to gain weight but I recover very well from workouts. Attached is a picture of me where I am at now. I am working hard to increase my back thickness and width since they are probably the areas that are lacking the most. Any other criticism is welcomed. Below are my current stats...
