Hello Everyone...

My name is J.C. and I'm the new to this Website... I don't know how to navigate this site too much yet so any new information would be helpful and much appreciated.

I've been working out for about 2 years now, and I got into the Body Building Craze about a year ago. I work out at the gym 5 days a week for about 3 hours each day.

At first I worked out to lose weight and become healthier. Then, I started educating myself on vitamins, amino acids, proteins and such, and thus began my obsession with Body Building, gaining muscle mass, shaping my body, staying healthy, etc........I picked up every fitness magazine from Flex, Muscle & Fitness, to Men's Health to learn all that I can...

I'm here to make some new acquaintances and to learn all there is to know about the right work out routine, vitamins, proteins, motivation, weights, supplements, etc.....

If you want to contact me you can add me at myspace.com/jc668

Welcome Calderon! I look forward to learning from your experiences. I think that working out 3 hours per day is counter productive. I think 1-1.5 at most would be best.
