howz it everybody. Im new to this site, but I can tell there is alot of info to be learned here. Im an aspiring bodybuilder, 5'10" 225lbs, and plan on competing in my first show this time next year. As many other people, my flaw includes my calves, but I am dilegently working hard to get them bigger. Train hard!

welcome man! I am lucky to have big calves by nature. I can tell you what to do in the gym just like anyone else but I have what at first sounds like a stupid idea. When outside the gym try wearing a shoe with a heavy heel, like a platform but stylish you know. It is crazy you but I am 30 and have been going to circuit parties for years and my calves are big partly because I beet the hell out of them wearing these heaving freak'n shoes with big heels. Try it it works! Just watch out for sidewalk curbs and of course the crap you have to take from your friends. But at the end of the day your calves with have the last laugh!
