Hello every body. Thought I would drop in and say hello. I guess I could give my stats. I am 5’8 at 195 lbs, body fat at 14%. I have been working out for about 10 yrs now. I am always looking for new ideas or workout routines to keep the muscle gains coming. Nice looking board also!
