I have been a member on the site for a bit now, but as the first thread said I am a lurker, so I just thought that I would post a little something here.
I have been working out for about 6 years now, And just recently got semi-serious about it. When I first started out I deemed there was no chance of me gaining any weight. In 2000 I was 6'3" and 155lbs (A RAIL) at age 18. I am now 25 and weigh 217lbs. A lot of people are telling me it is because I am getting older, but I tell them it is because I got smarter about eatingm, working out, and supplements. My goal was to get to 225 but after being up here pushing 220 I just don't have the flexability as I used to, so I am holding where I am for now so that I can figure out what I want to do. I still need to be able to play other sports like basketball, tennis, etc... |
