Welcome and let me see if I can give you the short, sweet version before I head back to bed.
Nutrition

Training

Supplements

Basically it'll take knowing more about you before help can be given with any sort of reliability. There's no all-in-one answer or solution but there are some basic guidelines and truths. make sure you don't fall for bad advice. And that will mean reading, paying attention, more reading and more paying attention.

Nutrition is the key that fits the bodybuilding puzzle together. Start there and learn the basics like basic metabolism rate and glycemic index. You'll need to learn how foods react in the body and how best to utilize them.

Training is also very important and will have just as many variations and 'truths'. The basics will require learning commonly used terms and how the body functions. Once you do all this you can start tailoring to your particular needs and goals.

Misc will include your optional supplements and other areas that tie in everything to complete the puzzle.

It's a long continuous journey that takes patience. Buckle up and clean your screen because you're in for a fun ride. Might as well pour yourself a glass of water and cook yourself a lean ground turkey breast sammitch on stone ground wheat bread with mustard.

2. dont workout for a few days and just pig as much as possible.
