hi my name is nick, im about to be 21 years old this month on the 27th. i work full time but that doesn't discourage me to work out. i usally work out about 4-5 days a week and sometimes more or less but if i did then i would really split my routine. iv'e been lifting since i was in 9th grade, never as serious as i'd like to. but now im getting back into it and i am determined. i'm 5'8 165lbs i could bench 280lbs once and but about 170 over my head i guess clean and press or just like military press. my favorite muscles are the shoulders for a big broad stance and bicpes... everyone loves them. im not sure if my pic will show up but if it does then i will try to put more on. thanks guys i hope to get encouragement and tips from all you and if i can, then i would be happy to do the same!
