Hello.
My name is Rocky, I've been lurking for a while then been away so thought I'd re-introduce myself.
I've been training for about 20 mins and do flyes and curls, and so far I've put on 1/2 ounce of muscle.
My diet is pretty strict. I eat moist toilet paper to make my hunger pains go away. I feel weak and sick most days, but I've got my curls up to 12lb barbell for 1 full rep with little swingning. I'm hoping to compete in the IFBB by the end of the year.
If anyone has some tips on posing then that would be great.
I am 6ft and weight 47lbs.
