Hello.

My name is Rocky, I've been lurking for a while then been away so thought I'd re-introduce myself.

I've been training for about 20 mins and do flyes and curls, and so far I've put on 1/2 ounce of muscle.
My diet is pretty strict. I eat moist toilet paper to make my hunger pains go away. I feel weak and sick most days, but I've got my curls up to 12lb barbell for 1 full rep with little swingning. I'm hoping to compete in the IFBB by the end of the year.
If anyone has some tips on posing then that would be great.
I am 6ft and weight 47lbs.
Hope to learn a lot from the people here.

ah someone else who eats moist toilet paper too we could start a trend when you can curl 15lbs for one rep you wanna get out there and start getting yourself noticed enter some power lifting comps write some articles on how you managed to achieve such wonders which an average man would find impossible anyway welcome to the dungeon

Thanks for all the tips guys. I'm gonna start a cycle of winny and calpol and then it means I only have to train 15 mins a week cos the steroids will make me grow without training.

welcome aboard man, you really seem to know your stuff and your improvements are amazing. Although your supplementation is pretty much flawless I would recommend you also take this great stuff called synthol. It works wonders I hear.

What type of toilet paper does it have all the essential vitamins and aminoacids........... Is it cheap wondersoft disolves a lot eaier in the blender but in the end trhey all taste like shit

Rocky I'm a little concerned that your training is unbalanced. If you don't address this soon you may end up too big and bulky.

Have you considered doing aerobics?

I'd also recommend yoga or any fitball class you can find. Plus cut back on that real food toilet paper and get some paper supplement.
