I'm in Essex which is on the outskirts of London, England. 6'2 & 245 lbs. I train at what is the BEST gym in London Muscleworks in Bethnal Green. www.muscleworksgym.co.uk, well worth a visit if you're ever over here. I look forward to learning a bunch of stuff from you guys and having a laugh as well.

Alas I train in a shite gym up in Norfolk where I moved to on account of a woman! So no more training in Essex for me. :)
