Right now, I'm 6'3" @ 238lbs and BF% is unknown. Probably around 13-14%. I've been lifting for about seven years, but only two years of serious training. Over time, maybe I can get to know some of you and we can learn a thing or two from one another... in the mean time, c y'all later.
