sup guys...yeah, i finally broke down and signed up..sometimes i read through some the posts here and its seems like there are plenty of knowledgable bodybuilders, so hopefully i'll learn a little more..
about me, well ive been lifting for 5 years...i was in the military at age 19 when i started and had plenty of time to train...my motivation?... to gain size. i was 6'4 190lbs, and just lanky as hell, BUT i was constantly told that i had a thick frame to be so skinny and i quickly realized that gaining muscle was no problem for me at all...now at 268lbs im at a stand still, and i havent really gained much size in a couple years...im not a juicer, but its always been an issue with me, one side of me believes that i can acheive my goals without it, but the other tells me to just give in and take the stuff and i get accused of it anyways! do you guys think its possible for a natural bodybuilding to acheive 280lbs ripped? by ripped i mean around 5% bf... btw, i said i was a 268lbs, but proly around 11-14% bf though
