BEHUGE NPC Lightweight Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: california Posts: 4 Rep Power: 0	General stats 40 training mostly on but some off for 22 years. started heavy again in Febuary race amature motocross and hired a trainer a couple of days a week to peak my performance, then realized my size and strength came back very quick. 5-10 195 and dropping 35 in waist bf % 17 cheers __________________ Q: why would you want to keep body building @ 40 ?? A: because I freakin can !!
