I have just joined this site, it has sum pretty good pics of members and pros on, great site i have seen sum of the members pics and they are pretty cool so i thaught i would regester and get some of your guys opinions on myself, I am 16 and from england im 11 stone (sorry dont know what that is in lb's) and about 6, 3", Cheerz . Im sorry i only have one pic but i have just there signed up and i will get more tomoro for all you.
Welcome on homie. Raise the elbows up a little higher and move them just a little forward, (it'll spread the lats in stead of pinching them in the middle trapezius) keep the head up and you've got yourself a good back double bi. Keep up the good work look forward to seeing your posts.
