I have already posted a couple times on here, but I figure its time to introduce myself. I am 27yrs old and in the military (currently deployed). My home station is in Japan (flipping rocks). I am 5'8" 190 lbs right now after spending the last year hitting the weights hard. I started out at 165 lbs and have come a long way once I realized how to eat, and what my body needed to grow.

Yes they are free on Japanese tv. On base we pick up several channels, and they show pride just like we show anyother show. Of course I can not understand any of the commentary, but still can watch the fights. I am a huge fan of MMA I fought for 2 years before i took these last to years off. I have met many UFC and pride fighters through my venture through the sport. I had to make a decision get bigger or fight. I was fighting at 155 before i started bulking, and now i am at 190 so I think ill kepp training in MMA but i doubt it if i fight anymore. Had to choose between the two worlds. I just got tired of cutting weight and losing any gains.
