what's shakin everyone? i've been a "lurker" for a while and i decided to not be weird so i'm introducing myself.
i'm 5'10, 190lbs ... i've gained over 50 pounds in the last 3 years of quality mass. i started really getting into lifting as a senior in high school (3 years ago). although i did spend a lot of time around my dad when i was boy and he was lifting in the attic. it sparked a small fire in me and it spread when i was 18. i just quit smoking 4 months ago and i can't imagine being anything else but a non-smoker, i only wish i ditched the habit longer ago than that because god knows what i would have accomplished by now. my main interests as far as bbing goes right now is just to learn. i'm big on being humble and realizing there is always someone bigger/better than me that can teach me. in the end it comes down not to the vanity in building muscle, but the drive that just exists that i luckily had passed onto me from my dad.
a generally weak muscle group in my body has always been my chest, where my back grows wider and thicker by the month. i'm interested in learning a lot of tips about benching technique, showing the separation of upper/lower, and how to stray away from a more dominant pectoral (my right side, i'm a righty).

and i'm not a huge basedow fan .. i just enjoy the commercials (especially, the theme song) haha.
