Whats up everyone, my name is Ken and i just registered today with the dungeon. I just finished up 4 years of college baseball (last year) and have been lifting heavy ever since. I have been a subscriber to muscle mags; MD and FLEX for the last few years and have been looking forward to the day baseball was done so i can get going with lifting. i hope to compete in a few years if all goes well. i have put on about 25lbs. since 6-7-05 (with pics to prove this)....just need to patient. well--thanks for letting me get on board and keep lifting hard!
