hey everyone, just joined, looking to enter a natural competition at the end of this year, dieting right now to bring down my body fat which is at 25%(drank and ate a lil too much in the first semester of college)trying to bring it down to at least 15% i train 6 days a week 3 sets per exercise 10-8 reps, with cardio every morning, im taking 500 calories less than i have to, to lose a pound a week, and also burn 750 through cardio and lifting. if anyone has some advice to add to this i'd love to hear it. |
