fitness09 NPC Lightweight Join Date: Feb 2006 Age: 22 Posts: 1 Rep Power: 0	hey whats up. I've been working out hard for almost a year and was thinking about doing a competition in the summer. Looking for advice on how to cut before shows and how long i should do it for. I have a good routine down for lifting but its the traditional way with some new stuff I put my clients through when i personal train them. I'm looking forward to getting more education about bodybuilding and what works for others to experiment with my routine.
