awesome! I want that kind of size and definition...

How does Lee's diet look like? He gets superheavy in the offseason, can't believe how much fat he sheds.

he dosent blow out offseason anymore know his working with a nutritionist (not sure his name right now) but has any noticed since hes stopped blowing out he keeps getting tigher in the hamstring glute and quad area....

His legs have been a knock on him in the past, hand in hand with his overall conditioning. Seeing as how both completely 180'd this last year, Lee's more on than he's been in a long time.

Absolutely fantastic legs as seen by the Priest, his arm's are some of the best in the business, i think he is in with a very good chance to top out and finally win after being runner up in 04' and 05'. All the best to him to take it out and place #1.
