Since Milos' board has been down for a lot of you guys (for some reason it hasn't been for me at all ) so I'm not sure if any you guys have seen this but it's a picture of Mark Dugdale from last week, in preperation for the IM. He's also filming a new DVD leading up the IM and then finishing it up the week after...

Anyways...here's his condition from a little more than week ago. Looks like another guy's put on some good offseason size:

He's looking great, but he has to bring his upper body to match his huge quads, specially his chest and arms...........but he's still looking huge and kool!

The judges CANNOT continue to ignore Dugdale and maintain credibility in any way, shape, or form. He's looking straight-up amazing. I pray he doesn't play the size game either, although I'm extremely excited to see the mass from that shot diced a little on stage.
