Thanks everyone for the compliments and words of encouragement. I am at 231lbs today after my second meal and cardio and believe that I will squeeze down to 220lbs or less, as my goal is to bring a more conditioned yet full physique. I am doing my DVD right now and it is a two part series which will cover my entire prep for the debut and NY Pro.

The second part will include offseason training, hopefully training for the Olympia as I will definitely put together some sick ass lifts. The first one will be released very soon and will show training, lifestyle, hanging with other pros and 'yo mama-jokes' ok, just kidding but I think I got some snaps on Shawn Ray that might make you laugh. Anyway, I just want to tell you all how I appreciate your opinions whether they are for me winning or not.

Agreed. He's becoming one of my favorite BB'ers out there, just because of his attitude. Physique is awesome, too!

yea he has agood structure but his frame is small and clavicles are quite short
and only will look big standing by himself but if he were to stand next to cutler he would look like every body else excluding coleman and rhul SMALL
