I read one of Shawns posts at Getbig.com, and he said that they were instructed to keep a discussion going, so there was no "dead air"....because it had something to do with music copyright laws or something.....whatever reason it was, it was just another reason why the show sucked.


if they are going to continue to make shitty quality pay per views, then they should only charge $5 to watch it.

Announcers were annoying but how about the camera work . Giving us wide shots when it is the athletes muscle and detail we want to see.

the camera work was the number one reason I didn't like the show. on every single athlete, they panned out which makes no sense. so all you see was a little guy on this huge stage. and right when someone was hitting a back pose, they'd go around and show them from the side or something.

how hard is it to keep the camera on the person on stage? some of the pictures look like they were shot from a blimp.

Ya it was horrible to hear Shawn talking non-stop. Does anyone know what was said during the Cutler phone call part in his routine. I couldn't make it over over Shawn's voice...

neither could i but i think i made out the guy calling Cutler was sayin congrats on winning the Olympia... and oh i guess that had to be talked over to because of this "copyright laws" complete bullshit... if they didnt want us to hear the music then why didnt they just put it on mute? ..

i hope they get thousands of complaints.. they need to know how badly they did. the arnold classic is a much better show... the camera work is better but they still commentary.

btw for anyone who wants to buy the 2005 Olympia DVD in hope the camera work will be better then it wont... it will be just the same BUT it wont have commentary.

one more thing my guess is the DVD will be $75 .. i will buy it and put some clips up .. so if anyone plans on saving some money just wait until i upload a few clips from the DVD... i will also get the Pre-judgin which will probably cost $75 too
