I don't know how. Do I need Napster to upload it as a torrent?

also, the VHS tape won't fit into my computers floppy drive, so how do I get the whole video on my computer?

See what you do is take the actual tape out of the VHS and slowly feed it into the floppy drive strand by strand...thats how you do it.
