this is the first time ive watched a contest and it was very disappointing. please tell me they are not all this poorly produced. for the biggest show of the year it came off as a joke. constant tech failures, shitty interviews, long pauses. i wanted to hear what the competitors were like, not just seeing them in the mags. i have no desire to pay to see a contest locally now.

no, i haven't seen this one yet..but 01-04 wasn't as bad as this sounds to be..last year wasn't THAT good either

i got the 2003 and i agree with you. personally, i find the prejudging a little more interesting than the night show since you can directly compare all the competitors more, plus some of the routines these guys come up with are the same thing that they have done before and/or theyre just not that interesting. and if i remember correctly one of the commentators didnt know jack about bbing and he sucked the big one.

just watched it again. just as painful as the first. bad cameras, music stops and everyone is quiet and sitting around. if bbing is in as bad of shape as they say then this did nothing good for the sport.
$30 and it came on 15 mins. late.
is the arnold gone? im willing to try again in march.

the only thing that kept me awake during the challenge round was HHH, he was hilarious....overall the presentation was terrible, HHH wasn't a bad MC, but the other guy could barely fucking read

The 2005 O was horrendous - plain and simple.

Don't be discouraged from watching IFBB pro shows in general though - they normally are not that much of a disgrace. The Arnold is usually very well done [not referring to the PPV but the actual show]

i'm watching the videos again and i'm puttin them on mute.. i cant stand Shawn Rays voice or Dons.. god that really pissed me off... the routines had talking in them then you have Shawn talkin over it..

i dont wanna hear these guys say "wow look Ronnies glutes there" yes we know please shut up so we can enjoy the routine.

i hope the DVD doesnt have Shawn Ray talking none stop... i dont care if the DVD costs $80.
