IMO his triceps are overpowered by his biceps though, wich makes his triceps looking real "small"

Hmm.. I Don't think he looks that great at all right now. He looks very soft but that might because of to much oil and bad lighting.

You do realise that Coleman's waist is considerably bigger than Ruhl's right?

Actualy, if you think about it a little, the only reason why Ronnie outweights Ruhl is because of his gut, Ruhl is AT LEAST just as big as Ronnie, probably bigger side by side (he's at least wider, that's for shure).

I don't think it was a good idea to release these type of pics 2 weeks out. Ruhl flat-out looks like sh*it in those shots. Hopefully not to many people see them, as I'm sure it may create a biased opinion coming into the O.
