37lb's is a cake walk dude. he knows what he's doing. and thats all assuming he has 37lb's to lose. he could come in at 270, you never know.

I bet he does, but look back a year or even further back, chris has not been coming in close to as conditioned has he should.

My guess would be 7th @ Mr.O if he comes in as he did last year. If he is crisp, sliced, diced, and dry as hell, 3rd. But thats just my thought.

Lee Priest lost like 60lbs in 13 weeks or something for the 2003 olympia... he still came in soft though

I'm confused about something:

He weighs 297 now. Assuming he comes in at 260, has he lost 37 pounds of fat? Does he even have that much fat to lose? I mean, that's a hell of a lot of weight for the human body, how much water can a pro bodybuilder like him retain? I know that I wouldn't be able to lose 37 pounds of weight without losing huge masses of muscle. Do these guys lose muscle during the cutting phase?

thats a really bad picture...really bad.. he doesnt look 297lbs... and i cant see 30lbs+ of fat on him...

he right arm kinda looks small compared to his left...

pro's can carry up to 25lb's of water without a problem. i lost 11lb's in 2 days from dropping my water for my show. he only has maybe 7-10lbs of fat to lose.

Yeah to drop that fat is easy, but I hope he comes in damn good condition this year, I have the feeling he won't though. I was dissappointed last year, but he knows he has top 5 genetics if he gets his act together. In fact, believe it or not, I think his master plan is just to compete right now for some fun and money, but when Ronnie steps off Chris is going to kick his game up a notch and go for the Sandow. Just my opinion. I see Darrem Charles improving alot though in the next 4 years (which is probably when Ronnie will retire,) so it'll be a big toss up between chris and darrem. Dexter is almost done imo because he is sick of being politically screwed.

This are all opinions, I hope I didn't offend anyone and these could be way off, they're just my predictions though.

he probably has like 12-14 % body fat there, even tho hes like 297lbs
