Dexter has the tightest waist I have seen on a pro stage for years


now, Dexter wins his 1st Mr O at age of 39, I am 33, so there is hope for me yet......

anyone reading this from Vegas who was there? Do you know how much your hotel is charging you to use the 'net?

Yeah crazy. I thought Jay was going to win. I guess they just didn't agree with his conditioning enough this year. I'm never sure exactly how these guys judge. For me my favorites are melvin and Dennis wolf, but that doesn't mean they are the best as judged by the professional judges.

Glad to see Dex win. I have so many favorites so I'm glad it was one of them.
Nothing against Jay but I think his time has past. It's exciting to see the sport head in a new direction, don't get me wrong I love the mass monsters and they will always be with us, but the biggest guy onstage isn't necessarily the best. Dexter is always consistent, he comes in shape, cut, and dry. He seems like a decent guy from what I've seen on interviews and video.

Yeah if Jay had gotton off his ass. He apparently claimed at a press conference he could win at Mr O at 90%.

Fan of Jay but prity arrogant thing to say.

Dexter deserved to beat him. He was in better condition. Phil Heath was great I thought.
