Flex Wheeler has overcome setbacks before. A car accident at 170 miles per hour right before the 1994 Olympia that would have killed most, a rare kidney disease and eventually kidney transplant surgery.
Now we may possibly see him reenter competitive bodybuilding - completely natural.
Flex talks about his genetic gift - as a myostatin null human being.
He discusses whether performance-enhancing drugs contributed to his kidney disease.
He has recently become affiliated with All American EFX and signed an agreement that he can be spot tested at any time to confirm that he is using ONLY natural supplements during his body transformation.
When I asked if we would see him on a natural bodybuilding stage in the near future, he indicated that he is very loyal to the IFBB and he would most likely compete at the IFBB level.
We wish him all the success in the world and hope to see him on stage soon.
I don't know how his kidney's are functioning, but even protein is a burden to ANY kidney's, so I hope he actually is doing well. I don't know how I would keep my head together if something like that happent to me.
