And there is a lot more to the story:
Darrem flew from Florida to Austria on Friday, therefore (due to the time difference) arrived Saturday - day of the show - at 10.30 am. Of course, Darrem was scheduled to arrive sooner, but incompetence on the part of Austrian authorities made him miss his flight and delayed him for one full day. So after a 10 plus hours trans-atlantic flight Darrem had to do his guest posing.
But all that did not stop the man from doing a first class performance. He was in a good mood, took all the time in the world for his fans and did a mindblowing show onstage, which he finished off with a walk into the audience! Then only 8 hours after his performance he boarded his return flight (at 6 am Sunday morning) back to Ft. Lauderdale to start his contest diet for Denver!!!!! (Yes that is 3 weeks of contest prep.!!!!!) Obviously the IFBB Austria - the official promoter of the show - could not have been happier with their guest poser choice.
And we can honestly send out advice to all promoters in the world: Book Big D. for your next event! It simply doesn`t get any better than that!

Darrems, besides always being in shape, always conducts himself as a professional. He's definately one of my favorites so I'm hoping for big things from him in these summer shows.

Also, the scary thing is...he probably hasn't even started doing cardio for his prep yet

shawn ray always talked about the judging criteria.now that he promotes a show i expect to see some fair judging based on conditioning and aesthetics,that means darrem No 1 baby.i am tired of seeing gutsters and weiders posters boys taking placings they dont deserve

i've read in bodybuilding.com that he does not do any cardio at all. that may not be true i just read it

i agree wit Q80, darrem has a great upper body but he needs a lil more mass in his legs n he also holds a lil water in his hams. Im sure dis is y he places lower than expected.
