He will qualify for the mr. o. Probably at a minor show where there will be no serious competition...but at the mr o itself his placing will be modest. Out of top 10 for sure...

I'd be surprised if Phil doesn't qualify at this show. I saw him this past weekend guest posing and he's put on a little muscle and has incredible shape and fullness. As long as he's conditioned he'll do fine.

Too many pros seem to try to play the mass game when it was their conditioning that let them turn pro in the first place
