Just now we received current photos of Dennis James seven weeks before the New York per show. At the beginning of its contest preparation and diet phase Dennis weighed ca. 120kg. Up-to-date its body weight 126kg amounts to in already good hardness. 'In the next 4 weeks that goes sudden further, that melts fat and the hardness becomes always better. In New York, I become with ca. Begin 116-118kg, somewhat easier than in the Mr. Olympia. More for more that more hard and more yet symmetricaler, with clearly improved belly musculature and waist', so Dennis in our current telephone call.

dennis a real freak without being "ugly".
but his waist is a little letdown... it still looks bloated - his linea alba gave in due to the heavy training and eating. nonetheless a monster

Yep, he´s HUGE and hard... he will get in top shape @ contest but... he is still a block of muscle.... I don´t like his lats and back overall.
