It was noticable of the improved tempeture within the building this year. Most everyone were smiling. Only ran into one jacked up little asshole the 7 hours I was there. For the most part people were very polite.
As for the talent. I think Kevin Levrone was not approachable, everyone seemed to bother him and very disappointing to meet. Has he always been this way?
Flex kinda gave off a stay away feeling. I've always thought so much of these two guys but I never have to meet them again.
As for a favorite.. I cannot chose. There were so many ready to sign, talk and pose for pics anytime.
I will be there in 07 for sure

Ok, my thoughts on the expo.

Best booth setup: EAS
Most crowded booth: EAS/MuscleTech
Best looking women booth: BSN/Redline
Booth giving away most free items: MuscleTech
Biggest booth dissapointment: BulkNutrition
Booth with most IFBB appearances: MuscleTech

I felt the same way about Levrone and Flex. When I asked Levrone for a picture he wasn't mean about it, just wasn't very enthusiastic either. I didn't go near Flex b/c he had that stay away kind of feeling all around him.

Jay Cutler was by far the best, he stayed there all day Friday Saturday and Sunday signing T shirts and autographs and taking pictures, Ronnie was charging 20 dollars and only stayed there like 3 hours each day, Jay didn't charge a cent.

Yeah I was at the expo, and I walked up to Flex at his Chopper Booth and asked for a pic and he didn't seem like he really wanted to bother with it, but he was still polite enough to take one with me....I didn't even bother Lou Ferrigno..he was chargin' $20 bux for an autograph so I went around him, and got one with Gunther and Phil Heath!...But all in all this place was very classy!! I love the arnold!

People are making a lot of claims about this expo being the best.. even over the Olympia! Is this true for the most part? You'd think it'd just be an overall greater sense of tension and excitement at the Olympia, especially this year with how Jay is promising he will beat Ronnie this year.

Anyway, I only ask because I'm 95% sure I'll be going to the Olympia this year, but if the Arnold expo is waay better than the Olympia than I know not to get my hopes up.

Ronnie was charging $20 for an autograph? I thought he was giving them out just for waiting in line.

That's sounds pretty cool about Jay. 20 bucks for a photo for the others? I don't think that is worth it.

Jay was signing shirts and pics for free. That was awesome. Have it hanging in my home gym.
