I've gone to the expo for the past five years as i live about 1 1/2 hrs away from columbus. Ive only gone on saturday and its always packed,get there early,its packed in the afternoon,and most of the big name pros show up sat. the weider booths are always a good place to see the big names. If you get there early,hit the eas stand as many times as possible,they give away about 3-4 things in each swing past there booth,during the afternoon its a 10-15 minute wait to get there package of stuff. Muscletech has big names too,but i can never get close enough to there booth to see them. Animal always has a cage there,and they have given out posters in the past. The bags they give you are huge,and by the end of the day if you have enough free stuff,your traps will be killing you,the bags get that full. every year ive gone ive still had stuff left over from the past years expo. The show is top notch,but its a ripoff for 90% of the fans going, unless you have inside info. to get good seats. I paid 35 one year and i couldnt even tell who was on stage except on the monitors,same goes if you pay 75 for your ticket,not much better. If you get the VIP package,its suppose to be worth it. Meeting Arnold used to be included in the package,might still be. Its so short though that even when the pick is taken onthe podeum with arnold,your still moving,you literally stand still for 1 second for the pic,and they run u off the other side of the podeum,and by the time they get you down the stairs,your pic is ready. Good time though,wish i could go this year. :( |
