definition of meathead

Does anyone have a good definition of Meathead... Im looking to making a shirt with the definition on it to wear to the Arnold Classic and i can't seem to find a positive defintion for it...Thanks

use one of the animal pak quotes. cant exactly remeber them but some good ones about the dedication, hardcore training, dieitng and lifestyle of a bodybuilder(meathead)

yeah i agree .. animal quotes are the best .. like " squat till u puke " .. " i'm not here to talk " .. " shut the f**k up and train " .. and " suck it up " .. and lots of quotes

if you don't know the definition of a meathead, you probably aren't one, so stick to the XS pink abercrombie shirt that fits so nicely
