Does anyone have a good definition of Meathead... Im looking to making a shirt with the definition on it to wear to the Arnold Classic and i can't seem to find a positive defintion for it...Thanks

use one of the animal pak quotes. cant exactly remeber them but some good ones about the dedication, hardcore training, dieitng and lifestyle of a bodybuilder(meathead)

yeah i agree .. animal quotes are the best .. like " squat till u puke " .. " i'm not here to talk " .. " shut the f**k up and train " .. and " suck it up " .. and lots of quotes

if you don't know the definition of a meathead, you probably aren't one, so stick to the XS pink abercrombie shirt that fits so nicely

Nice post, really...way to be supportive of your other forum members!

We all have different goals and aspire to be different things and look different ways. Just because someone doesn't mean your specific requirements doesn't mean you have to insult them.
