Actually that's not the formula or people like Art Atwood would have a much better career than they do. Proportion is slowly but surely taking over, it's mass with proportion/symmetry and detail/muscle maturity that'll win you shows. The last person to win a show purely on mass and detail was Ruhl back at the 2002 NOC (at least that I can remember). Really, look at the new competitor list. This guy can definately place well in a list that has grown increasingly weaker and as stated before, he definately looked better than Cook and Haidar at the IM. Like I said, he needs to be at his all-time best, but he definately has a good physique and great potential.
