Actually, if I showed you a photo of him from the back, you wouldn't think he has a thick waist. His shoulders are ginormous - as are his legs and glutes.

I believe anyone over 6 feet has a larger waist and will always be at a disadvantage. im currently at 264 at 6% and im still holding a 33.5in. and im 6'2

Took Slin Sane as directed.

15 minutes later I had 30 grams Perfect Carb, small slice of pizza.

Also took a new preworkout drink call 1.M.R. before training. HOLY CRAP! I was wired.

Did my shoulder routine. Got surprisingly good pump after 3rd set of presses. Once I did my laterals I was very full. Bicep training was tough because I am out of shape in the GUNS but my pump was strong. Same with triceps doing dips.

Now I do more reps anyway, and have been low carb for a while...so that might play a roll. I could feel the fullness already. In my head? Not sure.

After training I took Genomyx Protocol. Doesn't mix that well but tastes fine. Once I got home I ran my 60 grams Perfect Carb and 75 grams Optimum Casein.

Been several hours and I am not shot. Normally I am. Especially with breathing issues. I have about 90% breathing ability compared to what is normal.

Yeah the Protocol is a little rough mixing that’s the result of such a high dose in Leucine. Leucine is not easily soluble in water. If you let it sit for a min or two it will dissolve entirely but I normally can’t wait and just down it. Lol

How fast acting are these products? IS this just in my head? Very full and tight muscle bellies training AND now I feel just fine. Normally I am pretty whipped. Weird.

The old version of slin-sane was pretty much right away dude. Like it may have taken a couple doses to get full effects, but it's pretty legit. The new one is much better and you'll see even better results than the BPS one

No your right. These ingredients are noticed immediately with the exception of LCLT which take a little time to build up.

Slin-Sane works very fast as it Mimics and stimulates insulin release which helps to drive nutrients into cell quickly and more effectively. This is the pump/Vascular feeling your experiencing. This is also why it must be taken with Carbs without you can feel Hypoglycemic or lethargic.

As with the Protocol your body is replenished. I’m not saying this is the total factor as to why you feel more recovered compared to normal but post workout you just took a mega dose of Leucine, Beta Alanine which decreases fatigue, and the Agmatine which no doubt increase nutrient delivery.

As stated earlier you should notice recovery to increase even further with LCLT. I love this stuff.
