So far I have noticed triceps feel slightly fuller.

Energy after training is still good HOWEVER I did do less carbs after back training and I was tired. About 30 grams less just to see what happened. Bad idea.

So I will keep around 50-75 on my first couple of meals for the day. Seems to help. Then back to zero carbs the rest of the day.

Adding more grip work. Deads were awful yesterday. I used a thicker bar and was hammered. Pullups were fine. Hit 15 reps with a wide grip and then narrowed for each set until I was using a close neutral grip.

I also ordered 1.M.R. from Orbit this morning. Yeah I know I am sponsored BUT I really like that stuff. :)

Today is active recovery day. Some light pull ups, dips, ab work and HIIT cardio for a total of 30 minutes for my entire workout.

lol yeah careful with the carbs. Good thought that your experimenting to see where you body is comfortable at. 30g does seem to be to few reviewing other loggers. 50g seems to be the sweet spot.

I agree with genomyx. I remember when I ran the first version of slin slane, with every serving I took in a minimum of 50 grams, but I understand you're doing keto so it's a little bit different.

I know how you feel with the thicker bar. A gym that I went to when I was visiting my brother in colorado had thicker handles on the dumbbells, it's weird how something so small like that can mess everything up

Increased carbs are helping. Orbit sent more more meal replacement supplements for me which is great for being on the go. :) THANKS!

Sorta tweaked my shoulder. It was my fault. Not being smart.

1. Decline bench 430x3x3

2. Dumbell BP 100x10x5 **haven't done this for a long time from injury**

3. Upright Rows 135x10x3

4. Laterals 30x12x3 **in pain*

5. Dips Bwt+45x10x4 **felt great; havent done these for a while**

6. Standing Crunch 90x20, 120x10, 140x10

Fast done.



I have noticed that since using Genomyx Protocol that I normally just feel better from training. Also the weirdest thing is my breathing etc with Valley Fever is almost totally gone. I am up this morning doing some work for Orbit and have not coughed once. No clue why this is happening but its a total answer to prayer.

That is awesome Future. I’m still trying to get the answer for you but everyone I have spoken to thinks its related to the Agmatine. Agmatine is some great stuff. Not trying to highjack your thread but I’ve been changing things up a little as well to see how far I can push my body. I’ve changed my workouts slightly to incorporate more reps trying to kill my muscles and I have not been sore yet going on a week and a half now. The other day I hit shoulders and arms then purposely hit the punching bag after. I could barely lift my arms to drive home. Felt great the next day.

Whatever works I will take it.

Yeah I am less sore as well now that you mention it. Normally my legs can be pretty whipped but this far I am sore for a day or so then fine.

I am trying this Solution 5 by Scivation. But normally I make my own. Casein, fruit or something like that. Depends on the macros I need at the time. I like simple and quick.

Well as long as its on the right spots. My waist is too big as is. So.....

But thanks! I envy the bb'ers with the small waists and wide taper.

Future, great stuff your looking huge. I can relate with you with the bad structure. It seems like my little brother was blessed with perfect symetry and I got the short end of the stick lol. It just pushes me harder in the gym though because I know I have to train that much harder and smarter. You look great imo, how tall are you btw?

Haha yeah I think I know what your saying. I've just heard things like that what you will look like when you get older and bigger will be what you look like now except bigger (same basic structure). I don't plan on competing for a while and am just trying to build up a huge base, but my brother competes and at 18 he honestly looks like a future pro natural bodybuilder. You can just tell with some people, so I know your not complaining or anything but the sway I see it I just play with the cards I was dealt. With all that being said if I'm not sure if your eligible for natural competitions or not but if you did compete you can definately do some serious damge.

gotta say I am looking leaner. Not changing much at all in my diet besides more carbs early in the day. Still, feeling tight in triceps most of the time...seeming sharper condition.

Breathing is STILL really good. :)

Gonna up the anty a bit and add in some light cardio on off days as time allows.

Work was good in spite of the shoulder. I got some compliments on my calves again which was funny. They were really pumped and full after a few sets so the carbs are certainly helping. Still weird how the carbs are still low BUT seem to be enough to really be leaning me out with the Slin-Sane. PWO I still just feel good. Breathing was no issue either doing 20 rep one legged leg pressing. I was really thrilled with that.

Took perfect carb this morning for carbs pre training...about 60 minutes. Then 2 scoops pwo.

It's been an hour after ALOT of reps and I feel just fine. I will weigh myself again in a few days.

I love how I don't feel so fatigued after training. Very cool.

Same here. I need to visit a retailer later this afternoon. Gym so Im going to hit it hard and train with one of there MMA guys. Going to leave it all on the floor and well see how I feel post workout and tomorrow morn :)

Veins are coming back in my quads and forearms. :)

Off day today. Might just do some light cardio.

Slin-Sane & Protocol followed by Opticean and Casein with apples AND 1 cup of oats with cinnamon/splenda/light butter/apples.
