Hi everyone,
I am new to writing into these types of things. I have never done this before. I am 29 years old and have just started lifting weights to get the look that I want and to lose the weight that I have always attempted to get off. I have done really well so far and have lost some of my weight. I have however found my first, and hopefully only, road block. I have very painful periods and yesterday I did get through some of my workout. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to better cope with the cramping, bloating, and emotional feeling that come with this lovely nature gift and still keep up with my routine? Also, today my cramps seem to be slightly worse, could this be due to lifting while on my period? I am using two machines in my garage both are Weider. I really am working hard at this and it is working, I don’t want this to stop me…. Please help. Thank you. |
