Help for my girlfriends training..

hey everyone , my girl friends getting back into getting fit again but she hasnt really been going to the gym, before she was just running like a couple of kms a day and bike riding .
shes about 5'6 and is about 65 kg.
im not sure what her body fat% but ill get that tonight when im at the gym.
her main goal is to lose weight and have a good BF% and be a bit muscular but not heaps.. just have a nice figure.
if any one could help out with a routine that would be aesome because i have no idea about female training hahaha

Bench Press: 80Kg
Deadlift:100-110Kg


Pain is Weakness leaving the body!

a concerned post of urs, but m sorry i can not help, m also a newbie into bodybuilding and dont really know abt it aswell...
but i surely appreciate ur concern towards ur girlfriend.. hope u find a quick solution to it..!!..
