The purpose of this section is to discuss issues that will help our female members succeed in their fitness and bodybuilding goals. Please stop posting threads in which the only purpose is to either ridicule female bodybuilders or discuss whether you would have sex with them. This is not advancing the knowledge on the forum and is clearly creating an atmosphere which is not conducive to more women joining and participating.
Let's all try to make posts that are a little more respectful and helpful. It should be noted that, for the most part, that's what we're doing here, and I thank you for that.
