I told her about this site but, she is stuck in her ways. So I'll ask for her.
My girl weights 135lb and she 5'1.
She has had a kid but that was 5 years ago. She had a eating disorder. She wants to get down to 115lbs what you think? Here's a pic of her upper body.

She has a great body and wants to compete in figure competitions. I think it's the way she eats. Not that she eats bad foods it's I think she don't enough. She eats foods like brown rice, apples, skinless chicken breast, cottage cheese (nasty ass hell lol),vegs, egg whites, her work routine for the most part is heavy one and reps(super sets which she has me doing now damnit) the another week, about 1 hour of cardio a day. She really beats your self up because she isn't where she wants to be. So what you girls and guys think?

women in figure competitions run about 7-8% bf. getting below starts to ruin their figure and they get too lean to meet figure criteria. best advice set her up a eating schedule with complex carbs heavier in the am trailing off to more vegetable carbs in the evening. fruit isn't a bad thing but she should look at other types due to benefits they provide - anti-oxidents and so forth. berries are good - blue berry, strawberry, anyway, getting your woman on a schedule of eating every 3 hrs will help to raise her metablism and enhance her wt lose journey. good luck.

well said big mike, thats a perfect attitude to take. cuz you're absolutely right, anybody who had the intestinal fortitude (balls) and the desire to do something like that should congratulated everyday.

big steve, how does your little lady feel about tuna? she needs to get protein from various sources because each offers a different bcaa complex. the turkey deli is okay in moderation but its way too high in sodium and fat. the prework out snack should probably be tuna (single pouch) with carrots. remember real food is the best source for what we need to grow and develop. you might move the blue berries or other fruit to the snack after breakfast. otherwise looks okay to me, try it and if the weight doesn't come start pulling things out. good luck.
