Ummm, well my friends aren't really backpacker material lol. They are more like hotel room and spa's. Pffft I say!! Bring on the Hostels!!! So we kind of have this thing, if I go with them to the USA, they will come backpacking for a bit in Europe with me!

So I have signed up to do the summer camps over there, and I think after that you get 40 days in the USA before your visa expires and thats when they are coming over and we are going from there. I want to go to Texas for some reason HAHAHA, I think it's because of thier accents. Well all American accents are really different.

So Texas, NYC, LA, California (That's where all the health freaks are right?)
I think that's all I want to do for now, haha. Europe I want to do the Running of the Bulls, and the massive tomato fight that happens (I think I will be doing that alone), I REALLY want to go to Amsterdam, HAHAHAHA. Then Paris, Rome and all the touristy places.

Then back to Australia, and maybe go to Canada!

I have heard they are the coolest laid back people EVER!

But first I gotta work out how much it's going to cost me lol I only have one arm and leg!

(Oh, you might not get that last joke...I'm not sure if it's only an Aussie thing or not!)

LOL most southerners have similar accents... californians and westerners dont have much...most distinct accents are prolly the north/south accents

haha zack you suave ****er. i think the only word or phase that i can think of thats different for americans other then odd pronunciations is the word 'ya'll' very american, never heard anybody but an american use it.

I wouldn't say health freaks. As far as Texas goes its a big farming and football state, NYC is heavily sports engrossed as well, about every highschool and middleschool has some sort of sports team. It's a natural progression into spending time in the gym.

NYC is terrible when it comes to health... atleast where im from but if you go to manhatten thats where its at... too bad the health clubs are so expensive but who really wants to work out there.

i live in Manhattan. Where I workout there is a ballys and a planet fitness within range of my gym. Consider my gym the epicenter of where serious training lays in the immediate area and ballys in combination with planet fitness the magnets that draw out the flies away from my gym.

So hows the transformation workingout for you ?
I think you should add your cardio for min 30 min first thing in the morning before your meals , and maybee add a little more to your diet .

as for aperence I think tight toned thighs , clalves and a hard ass is nice followed by a light sixpack and a firm C cup is perfect .
being 5'6 you would be perfect hight for my preferences cuz with 2 inch heals you will be just as tall as I am

Nutrition part is allready covered so Ill answer the other question... I like big butts and I cannot lie. Nice round butts, nice thighs and curves are the way for me. I dont like skinny girls. BUT look like YOU want to look. Itll be best in the end, all guys like different shapes so you cant have a "hot4all" body, so choose the one you would like to have.

as for diet this is what my girl is on.

Break fast 1
1 scoop whey protein

Breakfast 2
3 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
hand full of chopped walnut
Low fat Milk to drink

Stack
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
6 whole wheat crackers w/ 1 tsp peanut butter

Lunch
Can of Tuna
2 cups of mixed green salad
2 tsp low fat balsmic vinigrette

Preworkout snack
1 Scoop whey protein
1 apple

Postworkout snack
2 scoops whey protein

Dinner
8oz Grilled chicken breast.
1 sweet potato
1 cup chopped Brocoli
2 cups mixed greens salad
3 tsp low fat balsmic vinigrette

Ok seriously, it all depends on what you want for a body. Last thing I would do is look at someone else and say I wanna look like that. You have different body chemistry you may look not as good or better. I would say stick to the diet, alittle more cardio and light wieght high rep on the wieghts.
