i do a 3day split in the gym, arms/shoulders, legs and back, with abs whenever, and usually only have 1day off a week, if im feeling sore or too busy with work/uni etc.
i dont do ANY chest but dont hv any boobs anyway (im an A cup, used 2b a C before i started training, dammit!) and my trainign partner is suggesting i incorporate a few sets for chest, probably only bench press and pec press.
will this build a good ratio of breat to pectoral muscle or will i then be practically flat??? i dont have much to lose, but just want to probably start doing chest to become stronger in that area. i have good shoulders and arms, so not too worried about that.
any opinions? |
