i do a 3day split in the gym, arms/shoulders, legs and back, with abs whenever, and usually only have 1day off a week, if im feeling sore or too busy with work/uni etc.
i dont do ANY chest but dont hv any boobs anyway (im an A cup, used 2b a C before i started training, dammit!) and my trainign partner is suggesting i incorporate a few sets for chest, probably only bench press and pec press.
will this build a good ratio of breat to pectoral muscle or will i then be practically flat??? i dont have much to lose, but just want to probably start doing chest to become stronger in that area. i have good shoulders and arms, so not too worried about that.
any opinions?

my wife doesnt have big boobs either about the same size as you, A. she does chest and it makes them no smaller nor are they any bigger. no harm in throwing some chest in your routine.

if you dont have anything to lose then why not! if anything it would prob help. im a dcup and havent noticed any decreese only slight increase in the inside part. and it looks really look cool when you flex them lol. plus if your working everything else why wouldnt you work your pecs. pecs are also the muscle that runs from your chest up to your sholder above your armpit kinda so gives that nice line there which pulls the whole look of your delt together.

I think it has to do with the %bf and not the pecs themselves if you have breasts or not, since they are mostly fat? and if you dont have anything to lose there is only stuff to win. If you feel like doing it then go for it

boob size has a lot to do with bodyfat level.

also, what you heard about doing chest exersises and it reducing breast size is a myth.

the reason women bodybuilders get small boobs is because 90% or more of them take steroids. another reason is because, come competition time, their bodyfat is extremely low.
also, a good 90% of ifbb professional women bodybuilders get breast implants because of this. these women take steroids, get breast implants, plastic sergery, you name it. it's what they do to even have a small chance of winning in this sport.

i understand them. but the sport is unfair IMO because if a few women do it, they pretty much all do if they want to succeed.

same with all the men.

calf implants

I think theres a couple different factors breasts are all differnt they are not just fat but alot of glands, some girls glands bigger then others... and because of estrogen and baby stuff the abdomen and breasts are the last place girls will prob lose. but i think juice has alot to do with it to cuase ya look at natty girls with low bf they still have boobs. and im not sure what you mean but girls being worse^ i think guys are worse cuase it has less negitive side affects for them so there more apt to do more and more often which is worse... hmm ya not sure what you mean up there. but bottom line work your pecs. you see some guys around here, there pecs are soild muscle and they look like a bcup.

thanks for the advice. yea, i understand that it wld build my pectorals but breast is mainly adipose so i dont c why i stil wont c a reduction in wat i have, if i start doin sum chest.
wat exercises and machines should i stick to then?

Hey taraleehulme

From my experiences, Most women i have trained have been worried about thier chest when it comes to doing weights. But as we all know women dont gain like men do unless your using. so by all means give benchpress ago, but i also recommend maybe try incline DB press and fly's which will target your pec minor, the upper part of your chest, because as you say you have a small chest so it may help create an illussion of having a cleavage line and may give you a fuller look.

different women deposit fat in different places

most common are breast ass or thy.

if you are lucky then u'll have big breast while still having nice behind and legs..

if unlucky u'll gain a lot of fat elsewhere while still having small breasts..


losing fat will lose breasts .. so unless your dropping in weight (fat) i wouldn't worry about ur breast decreasing in size.

so bench press away and get that upper body strength

Absolutely, bench away!! Flies too. Nothing you do will decrease your breast size---if anything a little gain in chest size will make them appear bigger. Work the upper, it will stick them right into the guys faces--you'll see.

Before I got "my girls" I was a B cup. I still did chest and yes my boobs did get a slight bit smaller, but the muscle that I built gave my chest definition and made them look much better! I didnt go balls to the wall with chest exercises but I do about 8-10 sets once a week, Incline barbell press and flys.

i dont think it matters unless your taking aas like crazy and training to develop a massive chest, but even then it still wont consume them. it takes an extreme amount of roids and training to develop that much in the pec region for a female imo
