food basically, but i'll lay it all out for ya basically.
food preworkout should be about 1hr or so before training there should be 20% of your carbs for the day and they should all be complex (brown rice, whole wheat anything really, etc) along with an equally distributed amount of protein for that meal. About 30 to 15 minutes preworkout take 1 to 3 scoops of N.O. Xplode (depending on your sensitivity, you may want to assess that first).
POSTWORKOUT: Take your whey protein shake right away after training along with something like Waximaize or some form of dextrose with it for a good insulin spike. About 1 hour after that you want to take in a meal with complex carbs (about 25% of ur carbs for the day) and an equally distributed amount of protein and fat within that meal.
p.s. don't forget the fat pre-workout as well.
