islander if your doing your curls with perfect form then it better that cheating with the 40'a as she is doing! but then again its only old gits like me who will bother to look how she is actually training lol

hahaha actully i did after a minute too. ive seen way more swing on bigger guys with 40s at my gym. if you checked out you one handed pull up you notice she swings her body alot too but a one handed pullup! ...i woudnt care if i had any swing lol.

don't worry islander, her form is far from great. keep doing what your doing, don't think big weights are going to make things any easier. :)

as far as the girl goes i loved how she had to pop her butt backwards to help move the weight. very cute for sure.
