Also read Pricilla Ribic has the best deadlift in the Arnold powerlift 2008 its pdf format but look like a lift of 237.5 and i think thats in kilos! is this the same pricilla that used to be here!? anyway congrats to her!

frag- somewhere there was a convo about looking at pics for inspiration and for me i dont need that but for me i see anougher girls weights she can lifts and im like oh **** i can beat that (or train to try to) so thats my part of what i use for my drive lol.

Holy crap! Awesome lifts, nice find. I didn't think those skinny legs could support that much weight in the first vid, but i guess that's the thing about powerlifters; their varied physiques can really keep you guessing. Someone could look like an ordinary old dude or little girl and then BAM! they go and lift 300 pounds on ya! lol

Man, i wish i knew about powerlifting when i was 13. :/ I was probably around her size, but with no muscle. Even if she doesn't go professional, she'll still be healthier than most kids her age!

crazy eh!? i was so proud of myself doin 1 RM of 205 ive never even seen anougher girl do a deadlift in the gym. but that skinny legged girl! wow i wish i started deads before.

A lot of women won't even attempt a deadlift or any heavy weight for that matter. But these women really show just whats possible when you work at something.
