Sup, this girl in my school that im friends with says she has a couple questions about weight training. Shes been going to a local gym for about 3 months. I wouldve answered the question for her but im not a female lol.
Ok she wants to know if when doing hammer curls does it make the bicep wider for females or just for males.
I know it does a great deal for my forearms and works the muscle in between the bicep and the tricep i think, but i deff could be wrong
