Welcome to the new female section of the site! Previously the site was geared mostly towards men, and we felt the need to include a section for all women who are into bodybuilding and fitness. Welcome and we look forward to hearing from all of you! Please remember the rules for this forum: inappropriate comments will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban from the site! That being said, have fun and share diets, routines, and information in general!
