Background Colour Scheme?!?!

how the hell do you change the background colour schemes? ive done it once before but ive forgotten how to do it
right now atm its this crappy greeny grey colour and im looking to go back to the lighter background colour its driving me nuts can anyone help would be greatly appreciated!

i dont know why the skin drop down menu aint there no more..

I guess everyone is having this problem, as i am too. The drop down menu dissapeared.

well i guss pain is the boss here and he likes the color....so it has 2 go on every 1.........

the only reason we are using this dark skin is because there were alot of members wanting it... now you lot are sayin it sucks?

you can change back to the lighter skin with the link i posted.
