why dont you create a user friendly competition-like program where each member can create a profile that allows them to enter all their personal stats (weight/height/bf/etc) and a special log that requires u to enter what u did that day as in meals, training (number of reps, amount of weight) and all of this information from each member will be pitted against all the other members and according to the averages of each, a special rating will be formed to see how well we are all doing against each other, for example.. i ate 10 meals today (no cheat meals), my rating would go up for that day for having a solid meal plan, according to amount of protein, carbs, etc in correlation with my bodytype... but suppose i did poorly in the gym, my rating could go down, again this would be in correlation with my bodytype for how well i should be doing, also the amount of progress for every week would be calculated with all the previous information to further determine the rating system... and the ratings would vary each day as more and more information to their profile, it would be a day-by-day competition, only downside is you could easily lie abt the information, but its a neat idea? |
